Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

  • Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and rescheduling for consultations, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the company, including scheduling systems, consultant availability, and workflow processes.
  • Manage the technology infrastructure, ensuring the consultation platform (phone or VoIP) runs smoothly and securely.
  • Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency and maintain quality.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as consultant utilization rates, call durations, and client retention.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Financial and Administrative Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
  • Handle payroll for consultants and staff, as well as manage client invoicing and payment processing.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to ensure profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage financial reporting.
  • Oversee administrative functions such as contract management, vendor relationships, and office supplies.
  • Support leadership in strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations.
